We are pleased to announce that our development application has been approved for 160-172 Lord Sheffield Circuit, Penrith.

Mayfair, designed by SJB, who were the design competition winners that proposed a 10-storey building comprising 287 residential apartments featuring not only commercial space, but also an active retail edge that addresses Lord Sheffield Circuit, protected under a grand two storey colonnade, as well as a retail frontage on the Penrith station forecourt.

Mayfair will feature an abundance of communal space designed in collaboration with Arcadia Landscape Architecture with two separate rooftop pool and entertainment areas complete with views to the Blue Mountains for residents to enjoy!

We are excited to deliver this project to Penrith being our 6th and final land holding in the Thornton precinct, alongside our awarding winning developments Navali and Lumina.
