Today we were proud to celebrate the opening of our Australian-first development in Bexley, The Parq, marking Australia’s first Latent Defects Insurance (LDI) building, which provides a 10-year insurance policy against the building for buyers.
Together with NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Paul Scully, Building Commissioner David Chandler OAM, and NSW Minister for Fair Trading and Better Regulation Anoulack Chanthivong, our CEO Patrick Elias marked this important moment for NSW and acknowledged the critical importance of customer-focused residential development and a market-led solution to Sydney’s housing crisis.
The Parq is a premium, mixed-use development with 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments, ground floor retail space, a gym, childcare centre and a rooftop communal garden. The demand for this high-quality, amenity-driven style of residence is clear, with 97% of the apartments in The Parq already sold.
We look forward to continuing to innovate in customer-focused, market-leading residential offerings across NSW, driving the ‘race to the top’ for developers seeking to improve housing standards and accessibility in the state.
