With The Parq now complete and most of our residents moved in, we reflected on the recent Opening Ceremony with our esteemed guests NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Paul Scully, NSW Minister for Fair Trading and Better Regulation, Anoulack Chanthivong and Building Commissioner David Chandler OAM.

The day marked a momentous occasion for Urban Property Group as The Parq was recognised as Australia’s first Latent Defects Insurance (LDI) building, which provides a 10-year insurance policy against the building for buyers.
