The Waterfront at Central Coast Quarter Now Selling: Final Release of Stage 1

Sydney, Australia: Award-winning Australian property development and construction company Urban Property Group (“Urban”) has announced the final release of Stage 1 of the Central Coast Quarter, The Waterfront, is now on the market. The Waterfront, a 25-storey mixed-use development with 134 apartments, will unlock new homes and establish a new vibrant community on the doorstep of Gosford’s Brisbane Waters.  

Following the successful acquisition of the site from St Hilliers, Urban has recommenced construction on The Waterfront and has now poured concrete up to level 14, with completion expected as scheduled for Q4 2025. One of the key measures to be implemented by Urban to safeguard buyer interests is the application of 10-year Latent Defects Insurance (“LDI”), supplied through Resilience Insurance, offering additional protection against unforeseen construction defects for 10 years from the date of purchase. Urban has retrospectively applied this significant consumer protection for all future and existing buyers of The Waterfront, where originally there was none, and is employing stringent quality assurance measures to ensure timely completion of the construction phases. This proactive approach underscores Urban’s reputation as a trustworthy partner for consumers.
