Recently Urban Property Group welcomed NSW Premier Chris Minns to our development The Parq in Bexley, where the Premier discussed the newly announced State Budget and what it means for housing in NSW. The Premier and his team emphasised the importance of a multi-faceted approach to Sydney’s housing crisis, including investment in social and affordable housing projects, innovative and consumer-focused insurance products, and investment in Landcom.
