Recently Urban Property Group welcomed NSW Premier Chris Minns to our development The Parq in Bexley, where the Premier discussed the newly announced State Budget and what it means for housing in NSW. The Premier and his team emphasised the importance of a multi-faceted approach to Sydney’s housing crisis, including investment in social and affordable housing projects, innovative and consumer-focused insurance products, and investment in Landcom.
CEO Patrick Elias said, “Urban Property Group is proud to be at the forefront of innovation in NSW’s development industry and create greater optionality and a higher quality product for consumers.”
The Parq has been recognised as a leading example of the type of quality medium density development Sydney needs more of.
Urban Property Group were also the first to secure Latent Defects Insurance in Australia, as well as one of the first iCIRT rated developer/builders, allowing for peace of mind for buyers.
