Great to see our proposed state-of-the-art build-to-rent (BTR) development in Parramatta featured in The Australian Financial Review, and The Urban Developer after lodging our Development Application through SSDA.

We are passionate about changing the game in the BTR sector, and our proposal is a visionary urban transformation of a neglected site in Parramatta’s CBD, which will raise the benchmark for future developments through its market-leading design, prime location and amenities.

We look forward to continuing to contribute to the development of outer cities like Parramatta, to create a greater volume of high-quality homes outside of the metropolitan Sydney area.
