Chapter Place at Edmondson Park Underway

Work on Urban Property Group’s new master-planned development, Chapter Place, is officially underway, with the residential and retail precinct in Edmondson Park set to deliver up to 1,900 new homes in Sydney’s South West.

A groundbreaking ceremony attended by Liverpool City Mayor Ned Mannoun and representatives of the award-winning Sydney developer-builders Urban was held on the site today, where 43 architecturally designed 3-storey terraces will be completed within 12 months.

It is the first of Chapter Place’s five sites to be developed across 51,634 m². Located just 800 metres from Edmondson Park Station, an estimated 4,700 residents will call the $1.5 billion development home by mid-2030
