The affordable housing policy provides an incentive to deliver more affordable housing – an important initiative in addressing Sydney's ongoing housing challenges – and is making a real difference.
By incorporating the NSW Government’s affordable housing policy into our Mayfair development, we are proud to provide a minimum of 65 affordable housing apartments, further increasing the supply of quality homes right on the doorstep of Penrith Station.
