Topping Out - The Waterfront at Central Coast Quarter

On Thursday, 29 May 2025, we proudly marked the structural completion of Stage One, Waterfront at Central Coast Quarter. More than 40 guests joined us on site to celebrate this significant achievement.

The ceremony was led by our Project Director, Amy Kiely, who welcomed Mayor Lawrie McKinna, a valued guest whose presence underscores the importance of this project to the Central Coast region.

In less than 12 months, we’ve taken this development from restart to structural completion. With final works progressing smoothly, we remain on track for overall completion in Q4 2025.

The Waterfront stands out as Gosford’s first residential building to offer full 10-year Latent Defect Insurance (LDI). Taking over a previously distressed development and delivering it with LDI coverage sends a clear message: quality, trust, and delivery matter.
